The apartment is available from 05 to 28 of July 2019. Short term The apartment is situated in a quiet and safe residential area within easy reach of the city Center. Everything you might need in town is at most 15 min walk away. Buss 4 from the City Center towards Gunnesbo takes you in 5 minutes to our bus stop (Måsvägen). And the bus leaves every 7th minute weekdays. From the bus stop its just a minute or two to our place. Grocery shops are nearby, closest one is in about 250 meters Netto. The area is very calm, perfect for families or just anyone who enjoys quiet and comfort. Parking is available nearby, at extra fee (at parking machine or via app). What we are trying to offer is excellent value for money and comfortable living while staying in Lund. Close to Mall Nova Lund, City Park, Culture, University, Botanical Garden, Cathedral. 2 bedrooms, 4 single beds (or 1 double and 2 single). Sofa bed and all you need to have an excellent stay in Lund. Ideal for up to 4 people. The rent includes electricity, water, heating, internet and TV.
