We will rent out our nice, bright apartment from the first week of April, 2017 for six months with the possibility of extension. Located in the 4th floor with a spacious elevator. It is just 2-minute walk to the bus stop. The apartment is furnished. It has a big balcony. It consists of a living room and two bedrooms. Kitchen includes a dish washer, stove with oven, dining table with four chairs, fridge and freezer. Bathroom has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There are sofa, coffee table and smart TV in the living room. The first bedroom includes a 180 cm double bed, a drawer with a large mirror and two closets. The second bedroom includes two closets, a desk and an office chair. There are also two closets in the hallway. The rent includes: normal consumption of electricity, broadband WIFI (100/10 Mbit/s) and cable-TV (basic package), hot water and heating. Deposit: 15000 SEK, it will be returned after the inspection of the apartment. We are looking for tenants who are smoke and pet-free and have stable income. A reference letter from the previous landlord is required. The tenants will be approved by the association. Therefore, everything is clear. It might take one or two weeks.
