The apartment is 300 meters from the absolute centre of lund. Rental period is from 1 of july 2024 at least for 1 year and until further notice. The rent includes water and heating, but excludes electricity and internet. You have to arrange your own internet. Furnitures is included in the rent. Rent is 9 215 SEK per month. Deposit of 3 rents is required, and the deposit will be refunded after the rental period if the apartment is ok. For your information. Cleaning fee for moveout is 15 000 SEK, but then you dont have to clean the apartment after yourself. No rent, deposit or cleaning fee have to be paid before signing the contract, seeing the apartment and receiving the keys. I will not show the apartment. The tenant I am looking for is a tidy person with good finances. The apartment is suitable for one tenant, not a family.
