Spacious room in the very downtown of Lund, available for a professional who wants a nice, clean, comfortable and undisturbed accommodation, ideal for a temporary visit to Lund where the aim is to have perfect conditions for working and relaxing. The room is part of a 3-room apartment, where the other tenants are renting under the exact same conditions. It is completely furnished and with a dedicated workspace desk. Windows are heading towards a calm and beautiful courtyard, and the residences main entrance is from a pedestrian street, just a few steps far from the Cathedral and the Central Station. Everything you need will be within your walking distance: supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, restaurants and cafés surround this location. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with laundry machine and drier. Your room has bedsheets, linen and towels. A set of house rules are in place, to ensure the standard of the accommodation and that no tenant ever comes across the kitchen or bathroom in dirty or unpleasant condition. The rules are kept maintained by the tenants in collaboration with the landlords, who live in a separate but adjacent apartment, and make daily extra cleaning of the common areas. The most important principles for the accommodation are: - In the shared kitchen and bathroom, you will have your own dedicated space and equipment with no sharing between flatmates. After finishing, nothing can be left behind. - No visits to the apartment after 9pm, and no group meetings unless agreed upon with the other tenants and the landlord. - No noise after 9pm, including no conversation in the kitchen unless involving the tenant living in the adjacent room. - Common areas (incl. kitchen and bathroom) are cleaned every day by the landlord. We are VERY SERIOUS in offering a nice, clean, calm and comfortable stay for our tenants. The room is available on short notice. In the rent is included internet, water, heat, electricity etc in short no additional costs. Rent payment is made in advance before each month, with no deposit.
