A 13 kvm furnished room is available for rent in a spacious 68kvm apartment. I will be away during weekdays and come back to live at the apartment only during weekends. When I am away you will have the whole apartment for yourself. You will share the kitchen and bathroom with me. kitchen and bathroom are equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Room/apartment is available from 5th October 2018 to 31st Dec 2018. Electricity, water and internet are included in the rent. Room is fully furnished including duvet, bedlinen. It comes with a big bed, Study table, chair, wardrobe and lots of storage space in the apartment. This apartment is located in the eastern part of Lund close to the university, Sony, Ideon and Ericsson. 10mins bus ride to the central station. I am looking for a non-smoking person, who likes to have a clean and tidy home and want to live in a flat where mutual respect is the key. Looking for a positive, humble person who understands the responsibility of sharing a home with another person. I prefer PhD-students, post-docs or perhaps people who has finished their studies and are now working. If you are interested, just send an email and tell me about yourself.
