Spacious room to rent in a very centric house in the heart of Lund. The house is shared with four other people who are either working or studying. It has a lovely carpentry style with big rooms which are all furnished. A highlight is the huge terrace with a garden in front. Perfect for a BBQ during a sunny day. University is only 5 minutes walking distance away and grocery stores are even closer. The kitchen is fully furnished and ready for your cooking plans. The laundry room includes washing machine and dryer. Beside the central heating there is one wooden stove in the kitchen and one in the living room which gives the house a cosy atmosphere. The double room is facing east with morning sun and has a big 220x200cm bed. Your own little bathroom includes a shower, sink, toilet and window. Furthermore the room has a separate clothing room. The common rooms are all shared with 4 interesting, open minded people. A big kitchen, a separate big living room, and a study room provide space for everybody in the house. The monthly rent is 8000.- SEK per month. The renting period will start with beginning of July. In case you can also move in earlier. The contract is usually for one year with the possibility to prolong (half a year is minimum). 3 month notice in advance in case of cancelation.
