We are renting out our lovely 3:a apartment (85 kvm) at Norra Fäladen for 14500Kr/month starting from 12 April, 2018 for a long term rental agreement. The rent includes everything, i.e. water, heating, electricity, broadband (250M). The parking can be arranged by yourself later with a tiny fee. Note that the TV fee (TV-avgift) is not included. This fully furnished apartment was built in 2014 and thus all stuffs inside were newly bought in 2014 or later. It contains a spacious living room/dining room with easy access to a semi-open kitchen. In addition to the standard appliances, i.e., microwave oven, hobs, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, full set high-quality cookers, dish/bowl and other dinning stuff are provided. A full size bathroom with a modern designed shower as well as an extra cloakroom (toilet) with a washer and a dryer are presented. The master bedroom is close to 20 kvm with a huge built-in closet and a super-kingsize bed. The second bedroom is also in a good size and now equipped with a single bed. This ground-floor apartment also benefits a spacious (40 kvm) private garden with full-set outdoor furniture and a grill. By the way, an iRobot automatic vacuum cleaner and a full HD projector are inside the apartment too. The location is superior, close to LTH, Ideon, hospital, MAX IV and ESS with good bus connection and good distance by walking or biking. All supermarkets are in walking distance (ICA, LIDL, Willys and Netto). The transportation to Lund Center, Mämlo and other cities nearby is easy with only 1-2 minutes (100-200m) walking distance to Bus line 2 and 4. No smoking and no pets.
