Rum/lägenhet uthyres. Se fler detaljer på engelska. Jag bor med min familj på annan ort men övernattar i lägenheten några nätter i månaden (pga jobb) och sponsrar därför hyran. I.o.m. att jag sällan bor i lägenheten så har du/ni i praktiken hela lägenheten för dig/er själva nästan jämt. De nuvarande hyresgästerna, ett par, flyttar ut siste januari. 2 rooms in 91 sqm 3 room apartment for rent. Pros: Central location Old style charm apartment, wooden floors, very high ceiling, fresh paint, bath tub, balcony, communal garden area Im nice Bedroom is big, around 16 sqm, furnished with wardrobe, cupboard, chairs, lounge chair, large desk, lamps and a bed (if you want some people like to bring their own bed). Full access to the whole apartment. You also have a large TV room to yourself I live with my family in another town and rarely stay in the apartment so you would probably have the place to yourself about 80-90 of the time. Electricity, furniture and broadband included in the rent (and, of course, heating and hot water) Parties not allowed Cons: Room facing a medium busy road. You will hear cars in the morning. No dishwasher You need to be tidy, nice, non-religious and non-smoking. Please respect this. Apartment should generally be kept clean and tidy during your stay - of course I do my part as well. You will occasionally be sharing with me, a 42-year-old usability specialist and forest owner with general hobbies. Both singles and couples are welcome. Moving in/out dates as agreed, preferably starting the lease on 1 Feb 2017. 3000 SEK deposit when you move in, paid back when you return keys, room being in same shape as when you moved in, clean and no complaints received from my nice neighbours.
