Hi, I live in an apartment of 75 square meters in Lund, and I am renting out a very cozy fresh room of around 17 square meters in size. the apartment is about a 10 minute walk to Botulfsplatsen and Lund C. Everything is in proximity, to be precise I live in klostergården. Huge coop store is about a 2 minute walk from where I live, whereas LIDL is about a 10 minute walk. It also takes about 10 mins to cycle to Lund University. Actic Gym and 24/7 are situated about 200 meters away from my address and its really the ideal location for any student or employee. Rent is 4700kr a month with a 1 month deposit. Plus one month period of notice (1 månads uppsägningstid) The room is available from the 15th of December. Amine
