My name is Lam Nguyen. I currently living in a big apartment in the Östra Torn area 5 minutes away from economic center (with bike). Im going to move abroad for work therefore my room is going to be available from December. You will be sharing the apartment with 3 more student. Who Im looking for: Im looking for a person who could stay for a longer period (6 months forward), preferably students. You should be easy to live with, not too loud, respecting others and take responsible of the household. A bit of info about my apartment: There is 2 WC, bathroom in the apartment. Also we have a washing machine in the bathroom so you wont need to go a few houses away to book time for laundry. Unfortunally we dont have a living room. Although there is a balcony which is unused most of the time. Room is furnished with a working table, a chair, a bed and a bureau. Its located very near the University area. The bus stop nr.1 is right outside the apartment (1 min to run there). There is a free parking zone outside. Nearby, there is Ica Tornet, Coop Nära, kind of small supermarket. Little further away beside the economic center there is a bigger Ica, and a gym beside it. The neighborhood is very calm and safe since there are mostly elderly and families around, which means throwing parties here is not an option. Looking forward to your application.
