Id like my tenant to be: Smoke and pet free Well-behaved Organised If youre from another country and youre here for a job-offer you will be prioritised The apartment will provide common laundry/bathroom and a common fully equipped kitchen. Moreover to the 12 m2 room, its well-furnished with a comfortable double-bed, desk with chair and a closet. Electricity, heating and internet is included in the rent. Period: 2019-09-01 to 2020-01-31 (and further on we can discuss an extension for the rent-period) Rent: 4000 SEK / month In the beginning I require the tenant to pay two monthly rents in advance
