The room will be rented out furnished with a desk, chair, a bed, and lights. The room has a full wall wardrobe. Electricity, WiFi and heating are included in the rent. There is space for parking bikes nearby. Since this is from AF Bostader, you have to be a student at Lund University as well. Little about me - a physics doctoral student in her third year and hence very quiet and working most of the time. I prefer coming home to a clean and warm space, hence cleaning on time and following house rules is very important to me. I would only give it to a tenant who knows how to respect space and understands how important it is to do our chores for the best of all and would also keep a cordial atmosphere in the apartment.
