Townhouse with comfortable rooms in the east of Lund, 10 minutes by bike or bus from the city center, available for a professional or a student who wants a nice, clean, comfortable and undisturbed accommodation. Ideal for a stay in Lund where the aim is to have perfect conditions for working and relaxing, while at the same time allowing for social interactions. The townhouse has in total 6 rooms, where all tenants are renting under the same conditions. The rooms are completely furnished and with a dedicated workspace desk, also bedsheets, linens and towels are included. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, laundry machine and drier. The surroundings are beautiful and calm, with extensive biking roads, parks and areas for strolling around. Bus stops for the high-frequent line 3 and also for 6 are within 200 meters from the house, allowing for a great reach of the city center as well as the university area. One of the rooms is currently available, see the corresponding pictures. The rent is 3200 SEK/month. A set of house rules are in place, to ensure a high standard of the accommodation and that the kitchen or bathrooms are never left in dirty or unpleasant condition. The rules are kept maintained by the tenants in collaboration with the landlords, who make daily visits. The most important ones are: - In the shared kitchen and bathroom, you will have your own dedicated space and equipment with no sharing between flatmates. After finishing, nothing can be left behind. - No visits to the house after 21:00, and no group visits (u003e1 person) at any time unless agreed upon with the other tenants and the landlord. - No noise after 21:00. Inside the rooms no phone calls or other sounds that can be overheard from other rooms. In the kitchen no conversation unless involving the tenants living in adjacent rooms. - No smoking inside or within 5 meters of the house certainly not in the outside terrace. No alcohol intoxication within the house. - Common areas (incl. kitchen and bathroom) are cleaned every day by the landlord. We are VERY SERIOUS in offering a nice, clean, calm and comfortable stay for our tenants. The room is available from May 1st and until the 31st of July. Moving in earlier may be possible. In the rent is included internet, water, heat, electricity etc in short no additional costs. Rent payment is made in advance before each month, and notice of termination is 2 months. Much welcome with your application, with a short description of who you are, why you want to rent the room, and for what time period. Applications are well received in English, Swedish, French, German, Spanish or Italian. If you are already in the region, we would be happy to schedule an appointment for you to take a look at the room. NOTE 1: We are accepting students for the room, however we are mainly targeting professionals as we by no means will allow for a student atmosphere with associated behaviors within the house. NOTE 2: For the safety of our tenants and for us to act responsibly as landlords, we are currently applying extra precautions due to the Corona virus. This entails extra cleaning, both on part of the landlord and tenants, as well as a strict demand of hygiene procedures. Every day between 10:00-11:00, the common areas (kitchen and bathroom) are unavailable, as the hosts will carry out a thorough cleaning.
