A lovely spacious room for the study/work motivated. It is close to the university, we have nice stores, cafés and a big gym really close by. Just a block away we have Eriksson, Medicine Valley, Max IV, Axis, Lth etc. In the rent is included electricity, water, heating, wifi and furniture. We want houseguests who keep things clean in their room and in the common areas and are humble and respectful. Since we have small children we like it to be calm and quiet during the evening and night time. Kind Regards Karin
