The apartment is located in north of lund, Kämnärsvägen 17F, close to bus station Delphi, and close to supermarkets, ICA, Willys, lidl. The gym is just downstairs. The window towards west, very nice view in summer. In the room, there is a personal storage room and an personal balcony. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with another student. The room marked in red will be available from June 15th, you can move in anytime, and the room is up to 1.5 years. Maybe able to prolong to 2 years. Short term is ok as well. (note: From September, you may rent the whole apartment.) 4300kr per month for the room marked in picture. Water, hot water, internet and electricity are all included.
