We are looking for a new roommate A 15sqm room is freeing up in a beautiful house in Lund starting from June 1st. The rent is 3650kr a month plus 600kr a month in utilities, making the total to be paid every months 4250kr. Julys rent is free. There is also a deposit of 3650kr to be paid when moving in. The room comes with a closet, bed, desk, lamps, office chair and mattress, which should be bought from the previous owner for 2500kr. They were bought new around 6 months ago for around 4500kr. (See pictures) The rest of the apartment is shared with three roommates. There is a beautiful, big kitchen which has everything (and more) it needs: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dish washer, water cooker, rice cooker, coffee machine and blender. It is also fully equipped with plates, mugs, pots and pans etc. In the utility room, there is a washing machine and a dryer, as well as drying racks. The living room has a small dining table, a reading corner, a sofa and a TV (with a Wii, so we can play Mario kart every now and again). The bathroom will be shared with two roommates and it includes floor heating, a toilet, sink and a big shower. There is also a little backyard with a beautiful apple tree and a big terrace which can be used to grill in the summer. The apartment is located a little outside of central Lund, however its just a 12 min bike ride into the centre and there are many bus stops close by that will bring you to the centre in around 15 mins. There is also a grocery shop, ICA close by (3 min bike ride or 10 min walk). The house is shared with three students, two Swedish and one Finnish/Irish girl. We are looking for an open, communicative person who also appreciates cleanliness. We plan dinners together every now and then and enjoy playing board games together too.
