We are renting a 16 sqm beautiful room in a 94 sqm shared apartment. The room is rented unfurnished. The apartment has been recently renovated it has a brand new kitchen, bathroom and floors and it is located at Friisgatan, close to the north exit of the trianglen train station, thus close to shops, restaurants and concert halls. In the apartment live two PhD students around their 30s. We are very easy going people, and like a good chat, we also appreciate a our private moments and a respectful and clean atmosphere.
