Hej alla, Annonstexten är på engelska för att nå fler men jag talar givetvis svenska :) I am soon moving out from Lunds Nation Arkivet, a new student housing complex, situated close to literally everything, the different faculties as well as the city centre and all kinds of social life centers. My own contract runs till end of July, but, if you would be wanting to rent the apartment first hand, there is a possibility to apply for a first hand contract for my apartment and shall you be offered from the Lund Nations side to rent it first hand you would have your housing secured for the entire period of your studies or 6 years at most. The apartments here are of high standard and the one that I live in currently is really bright and spacious. Its 47sqm divided between a large bedroom with a big walk in closet, a kitchen with a really spacious dining room/living room as well as an entry hall and a bathroom. My place comes currently furnished with a 120x200 bed, a huge desk, a dining table, chairs, cabinets, glass door cabinets and a drawer cabinet and a lot more. I will prioritize people who want to buy all the furniture along with an entire kitchen equipment and other stuff like bedding/kitchen towels/hangers/you name it. Here is some information along with the criteria you need to fulfill in order to live at Lunds Nation followed by my own requirements: - The monthly rent is 9585 sek. Its the exact same rent I pay myself at the moment with my first hand contract. I also require that the first rent is paid in advance along with a deposit of 5000 sek. You will get the deposit back granted that nothing got damaged. -I will prioritize those I can meet in person as well as those who can move in directly on the 3rd of June and are obviously willing to take over and pay for the furniture and all the other equipment Im selling. Also I will prioritize those who will apply for the first contract at the Nation. Note that the apartment will be open for first hand contract online applications at Lunds Nations website for two weeks starting today or very soon onwards. - Lund Nation said that even tho my contract runs till end of July you can still apply right away and if you are offered the apartment you will be able get your first hand contract as soon as mid June approx. NOTE: if you have been a member at Lunds Nation or have got any points in their queue for being engaged in Lunds Nations activities you will obviously be prioritized in their queue. - You need to be admitted as a student at Lund University in order to apply for the first hand contract at Lunds Nation Student Housing. - Due to the Nations own rules smoking is obviously not allowed indoors and you are not allowed to have pets. - Some of my own requirements are also that you are in fact no-smokers and at least 24 years of age. - I also wont accept you through loud parties or disturb other tenants.
