As we are moving abroad we are renting out our large 3 bedroom apartment in Central Lund. Our 139 sum etage apartment is one of 5 units in a property built in 1997 with private parking and a shared lush garden perfect for BBQ in the warm summer months. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 large living room/home office, 1 large kitchen, 2 storage rooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 entrances. This modernly decorated apartment comes fully furnished and is perfectly suited for a family moving to Lund on a temporary assignment who wants to move into a ready home. Finding a suitable tenant to take over our home that will fit in well with our close knit neighbours is paramount to us. We may therefore ask for a credit check and/or letter of employment.
