Hej Jag hyr ut en del av mitt hus som ligger i natursköna Genarp (Lunds kommun). Delen av huset som hyrs ut har egen ingång och består av två sovrum (ett kan användas som vardagsrum) badrum, litet kök och en walking closet. Det större sovrummet har även en utgång direkt ut till trädgården. Delen kommer även avskärmas från resten av huset. Med bil tar det cirka 20 minuter till Lund och cirka 20-25 minuter till Malmö. Ligger väldigt nära Staffanstorp. Finns bussar som går både till Malmö och Lund. Söker gärna någon som är lugn och inte är festartypen, i alla fall inte i huset -) Rökare undanbedes. You will have your own access into the part of the house that will be yours. One of the rooms is a bit bigger and could be used as a small living room. You will have your own little kitchen and a bathroom, and you will also have access to a laundry machine. The part of the house that will be rented out will be restricted from the rest of the house. You will have direct access to the garden from the bigger room. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to Lund, or 20-25 minutes to drive to Malmö. There is close access to busses that will take you both to Malmö or Lund. Im looking for someone that is calm and relaxed. Not the partying kind, well not in the house anyways -) Non-smokers, please.
