A full furnished (Bed, reading table with chair, big closet, TV, etc.) room in a house is to rent immediately from June. The house is very close to Botulsplatsen and walking distance from central station of Lund. You will have your own room and toilet. The kitchen, living room and a small garden is shared. Electricity, heater, washing and internet is included with rent. Suitable for a single student, two students, a couple, even couple with a child. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
