Uthyres lägenhet

Laboratoriegatan, Centrala staden

A bright, spacious apartment in the heart of Lund I am renting out my apartment as I am currently living in Copenhagen for studies. The apartment is available from now on, looking for someone to stay for at least one year. It is newly renovated, with a new wash basin and bathroom cabinet, new faucet in the shower the bathroom looks as if new The walls are newly painted in white, and the floor has been sanded and pigmented with white oil treatment. The kitchen provides you with all utilities and equipment, bedroom comes with a large wardrobe with built in lights, and of course the open living room stores a TV with channels and streaming apps. The best part - a lovely balcony where you can soak up some afternoon sun, and a backyard garden filled with herbs, plants and outdoor seating arrangements. This apartment looks for a tenant who will make sure it is well kept and taken care of. I think you will enjoy this space, it is certainly a cozy environment to be in.
