2 room apartment in central lund, for 1-2

Hi I am looking for 1-2 international students that can rent rooms in my apartment. If you are a couple (or two friends), the total price is 12000 SEK. If you are one student and want to have access to the whole apartment yourself, the price is 9500 SEK. The reason why I am looking for international students is because I know its really difficult to find an apartment for a short period of time in Lund, but everyone is welcome to apply. I am looking for students that like to keep the apartment clean and respect the neighbors and rules in the building. There are many families with small children in the building, and you cant be noisy after 10 pm. The apartment is newly renovated (kitchen, bathroom and floors) has full kitchen supplies, a dishwashing machine, a balcony, and I am renting it out furnished. Of course there is WIFI. There are two laundry rooms in the basement and storages in-doors for bicycles. It is located in central Lund, behind Lund central station, by the police station, so its really close to buses and train connections and all the departments and nations in the heart of Lund. Every month, you will transfer the fee for the rent to my bank account on the 25th every month. Everything is included in the rent: electricity, water, heating, and the internet fee so you dont need to pay anything extra. I will ask for a deposit fee of 2000 SEK, after you have signed a contract with me. You will get this fee back in case nothing has been broken or damaged at the time when you move out. If you think that this sounds interesting and want to find out more, let me know as soon as possible because its free from 1st of October. I am planning to rent it out for at least 6 months, but I can be flexible if youd like to stay for a shorter period. The minimum stay is for one month. Looking forward to hear from you
