Four single rooms for separate rental in a shared large apartment in central parts of Lund. The rooms can be viewed earliest 8-9th September. The rooms will have a fresh and high standard, approximately 12 sqm with 3.5 meters to the ceiling, parquet floors and will be furnished with desk, chair, bed, wardrobe, lamps, curtains as well as linens (pillow, blanket, sheets). Each room is suited for one person. Due to ongoing subrental, we do not have any pictures of the rooms, the pictures in the ad are inspirational images. The rooms share a toilet and a kitchenette. Shower is not available in the apartment therefore, the rent includes a gym card to a gym which is one minutes walk from the apartment. Rental period: September 10th - June 30th 2019, with two months notice. Rent amount: 4500 SEK including internet, electricity, heating and a gym card. Deposit: 2 monthly rentals. We are looking for tenants who are calm and orderly. This is NOT an accommodation for you if: you have children or an animal, like to party in your room, bake or cook big dinners. Of course, its ok to have friends or girl / boyfriends coming to visit and staying for a short visit. The ad will be removed when contracts for all rooms are signed.
