Hej och välkommen till din nya hem Jag ska flytta in till en ny produktion 4:a i mitten av januari 2020 (mellan 14-16 januari) och letar redan efter den perfekta hyresgästen som ska dela lägenheten med mig. Lägenheten byggas upp just nu och ligger vid Fäladstorget, precis bredvid ICA och Borgarparken. And now I switch to English... :) My name is André and I have been living in Sweden for almost 10 years, yet as you can now read, I still rather talk in English. I grew up in Portugal but have traveled quite a bit so far, including living for a full year in Australia and a one month camper van trip in Japan. I used to live in Lund, where I studied a master degree some years ago and then lived in Stockholm for a while until I moved back to Lund this year in May. The apartment that I will move into in the middle of January is still being finished and it will have 3 bedrooms and a large open area kitchen/living room as well as 2 bathrooms. It is facing south so will have plenty of light, even during the winter, with windows also to the east and west. My plan is to fully furnish the apartment myself but if you want to have an empty room and bring your own things, thats fine as well. First of all I am looking to rent the room to a Swede that plans on living in Lund for at least one year, preferably more. You must be clean, organised, polite and be able to have a conversation over a glass of wine. If you cant clean after yourself or keep an organised home, then I am sure we will not get along at all. Be honest, thats very important. Also if you are a smoker, please do not send a message. Hopefully you will also enjoy spending time outdoors in the nature, going for hikes, exercising such as gym, bouldering, surfing, cycling, padel and you are a big fan of traveling and getting to see new places and meet new people. If you are the stereotypical Swede that cannot talk to a stranger, then we will have trouble hanging out. Other than that, I do enjoy time for myself and I hope you do too. This wont be a party house as I work full time in Lund. I am always happy to grab a drink after work or during the weekend though and would be happy to be friends with your friends. Always open for an interesting conversation. Ideally you are aged between 20-30 years old and curious about a variety of topics: nature, economics, technology, healthy living, food, culture, travel, space and simply learning new things all the time. No contract will be signed without meeting face to face over several occasions. Ideally you are already living in Lund and we can meet in the coming months, become friends, and then eventually move in together in January when I get the keys to the new apartment.
