Campus Labbet offers everything from smartly furnished one-room apartments to spacious, unfurnished three-room apartments, all with private kitchens and bathroomsperfect for students wishing to live alone or with others. Good to know: Kitchens are equipped with a fridge/freezer combo, stove with oven, microwave, and sink. Built-in storage is provided in the hallway. The rent includes heating, electricity, hot and cold water, and internet (250/250). An attic storage unit is included with apartments of 26 sqm or larger. Additional storage units are also available for rent at 161 SEK/month. We adhere to the National Board of Housing, Building and Plannings (Boverket) regulations regarding overcrowding. The stated rent reflects 2026 levels and will be adjusted for 2027 once rent negotiations are concluded.
