I want to rent out one of my room in my apartment. Minimum of 6 months stay, pets are not allowed, the apartment is located in Tunastigen, 4 minutes to the bus stop. 14 minutes by bicycle to the centrum, 13 minutes by Bus to the centrum too. You will share with me a large common kitchen, family room and balcony. The rent includes warm/cold water and heating. Electricity and Internet we will share together. The rent is SEK 4500 per month.
