My current room mate is moving out. This is two rooms connected together in a house right behind the university with 5 min walk distance. First hand contract and the rent is 5600. Around 30 square meters. Available from now. 1 min to the bus stop and good communication to downtown with 15 minutes by buss. You share the showerroom with me but most of the time I am away. We share also the kitchen and living area. I speak English Swedish and Chinese.
