From now till the end of July, Id like to rent out two individual bedrooms of my apartment. Its a furnished 3-room apartment close to the university with 76m. The pictures give just a brief glance. There is also a shared laundry room for free booking in the building. And internet is included of course. The second bedroom is bigger and includes a bed as well (second picture with the round desk and office chair). The rent for the rooms is 3400 and 4100 SEK per month respectively and includes internet and electricity. Additionally a 2000 SEK security deposit has to be paid.
