jag hyr ut min fullt möblerad 2:a i luleå centrum för i minst 6 månader. Jag söker en skötsam person/par som har fast inkomst. Du/ni får ej ha betalningsanmärkningar. Allt kommer gå via min bostadsrättsförening för godkännande. Vi kommer givetvis att skriva kontrakt så båda parter kan känna sig trygga. Inflytt: 1 Dec (eller enligt överenskommelse). Månadskostnad: 8900 kr Om lägenheten: - Andra våningen med egen ingång. - Helt möblerad med vad du än behöveren. - Badrum med dusch, och golvvärme. - Kök med mycket förvaring, diskmaskin och köksredskap. - Balkong - Sövrum med stor garderob. - Parkering finns att hyra med (300 kr mån). - Bredband ingår inte (det kan beställas för 300 kr/mån för 100 Mbps). - El ingår inte (normal förbrukning är cirka 250-300 sek/mån) - 2 min till busshållplats (direkt bus till universitet och flygplats). Inkluderat i hyran: - Värme och vatten. - Basutbud på TV:n . - Hemförsäkring (basic). Om kontraktet: - 1 månadshyra i deposition. - Depositionen återbetalas vid utflytt förutsatt att lägenheten inte är onormalt sliten. - 3 mån uppsägningstid. - kostnad: 8900 kr El bredband parkering (om du behöver) Om du är intresserad så jätte gärna kontakta mig via mail och berätta lite kort om dig själv (engelska är bättre för mig). Included in the rent: - Heat and water. - Basic selection on the TV. - Home insurance (basic).
