The house is in the east side of Lomma, a family friendly house close to the beach and with direct bus connection to Lund and Malmö (10-15 min bus ride). The entrance floor has a large kitchen renovated in 2021, with place for a kitchen table. There is a large dinning/living room with a door towards an enclosed terrace in the south side of the house. In the entrance floor, you find the master bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub, plus a smaller bedroom/office and a guest toilet. In the basement there is a pantry, a large laundry room, a bathroom with shower (renovated in 2016) and a large guest room (also renovated in 2016).
