Fully furnished apartment rented out on short term basis. The apartment is 68sqm (10sqm with the balcony) and on first floor. Apartment Details: - 1 bedroom with double bed and 3 closits, and a 33 tv. - 1 TV/living room with 3 2 seat black leather sofas, wall unit with lots of space, and a 52 tv. - 1 Dining area with dining tables and chairs. - 1 newly renovated bathroom with bath tub - 1 open plan kitchen thats fully equiped with coffee machine, beer machine and dishwasher. - 1 big (/- 10sqm) glassed in balcony with out door furniture. - Laundry facilities is just out the front door. - storage room is also available. The apartment is on first floor in a quite, secure area. Lidl, lund bus and statoil is 2 minutes walk. Central with hemköp, konsum, apoteket, system bolaget and more with the bus station that goes both in lund and malmö direction is 15 minutes walk from the apartment. I have had the apartment since except I never use it and just costing money. To rent will be a second hand contract via blocket and on a monthly basis, meaning you have to renew your contract every month. If all goes well with maintanance and rent can we extend to a 3 month contract, then 6 month contract, and eventually a permanent contract. All up to you. The apartment is available for as long as you need it since I have no plans to let it go nor use it. Smokers are welcome, but only on the balcony, NOT inside the apartment. Pets are allowed, (normal house pets.) All damages you or your pets cause will have to be fixed or paid for in full. The rent of 8000:- per month. Includes electricity, water and cable tv.
