Apartment has a large balcony providing 6 hours of sunshine in the summer time, a shower, 1 walk-in closets and 1 in the wall closet in the hallway. Rented fully furnished. Please note the apartment rents for 6 months at a time, but if everything works out well I am happy to renew the rental agreement. The person renting the space always has first option to renew over any other interested party.
