It is a comfortably light room with big windows. Fully furnished so you will not need to buy anything additional. The bathroom is fully equipped and you have three big build-in wardrobes in the hall. In the room, there is a bed, a desk, a chair, a bookcase, night stand and two tables (one bigger and one smaller). You would live with 7 other people but only share the kitchen and common room with them. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will have your own two cupboards and two shelves in the fridge and in the freezer. There is also a utility room - you dont have to worry about a vacuum cleaner or floor mop. The building is located in Ryd - the most student populated area and one of the closes housing to the campus. It is also very near the city centre, but as there is a shopping mall 5 minutes from the apartment you will not have to go there too often. It is on a ground floor of the building and just outside you have laundry and parking for bikes. You will have access to all the facilities of Studentbostader (sauna, study rooms, big places etc.) There is also Hg (student pub) 4 minutes from the building. Period: Available from February for the whole summer semester. Location: Ryd near the shopping mall. Walking distance from the university (10 minutes by bike) and close to the city center (20 minutes by bike). Room: 20 m, private bathroom, fully furnished (bed, desk with a chair, nightstand, bookcase, build-in wardrobe, bathroom essentials, others can be negotiated). Included in the rent: electricity, water, heat, internet, basic TV channels. Other: You would share fully equipped kitchen with 7 other people. Laundry is just in front of the building. As a resident you would have access to study rooms, as well as a sauna, beach volleyball court, tennis courts and barbecue spots. I am looking for a reliable and clean person.
