Hi We are renting out a room in a shared three-bedroom apartment in Lambohov, Linköping. You can find some pictures and the apartment layout here: https://drive.google.com/openid1qbf1zJwsWwZVzGijRWe0X813T5DGqnG The available room (sovrum) is the one in the bottom right corner of the apartment layout. The room is 10.5 m2 and includes the furniture seen in the pictures named Rum. The apartment has two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a living room with a balcony, and a bicycle storage room outside. The laundry room is just outside and is shared with other apartments. The neighbourhood is quiet and located close to both Linköping University Valla campus, and Mjärdevi. The apartment is non-smoking and pet-free. Quiet time is 22:00-07:00, also when someone is sleeping. Rent and utility costs are split equally between all residents. The total cost per person and month is around 3000 SEK, although electricity and broadband prices vary a bit We prefer a flatmate who is at least 23 years old and planning to stay with us for one year or longer. About us: At the moment two people live as flatmates in the apartment: Justina (age 28, F) and Anders (age 31, M). We are both quite interested in programming, games and technology, but will of course respect your right to be completely uninterested in these subjects. Regarding the social environment, we try to maintain a balanced approach where busy schedules are respected but we still find some time to hang out every now and then.
