Furnished room (desk and bed included) in an 85m2 apartment in Valhallagatan, fully furnished and with a balcony. Access to equipped kitchen, furnished living room, bathroom, washing machine and dryer. Wifi, heating, electricity, and tv included in the rent You share the common areas with me and a post-doc that comes once a month to the apartment. Im a PhD at the University, I spend most of my time there working in the lab. Im an open person, so you can expect a nice and chill living environment. Ill respect your space and we can of course share whenever you want. Quiet area, close to the canal and nice trails for running 1km to downtown, 1 km to campus US, 1,7 km to hospital, 2km to Central Station, 3 km to campus Valla Deposit of 2500 once you move to the apartment and refundable when the contract ends.
