We will move abroad and rent out our modern 142 sq.m. house in central Linköping. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a garden and a garage and is located in a nice, family-friendly neighbourhood, just a short bike ride away from the city center, SAAB and a 5-minute walk to the international school Atlas. The house has two floors. The first floor offers an entrance with plenty of room for storage, a spacious, modern kitchen, a bright living room with a fireplace and an exit to the garden with terrace and evening sun. The whole first floor has underfloor heating, and there is a separate room with a washing machine and a dryer as well as a bathroom. The second floor has four spacious bedrooms with a total of 8 wardrobes, as well as a storage room and a bathroom. There is a parking space on the street right in front of the house and a garage. The garage can be reached from the garden. The house is located on a quiet street with nearby playgrounds, walking and cycling tracks. Within a 5-10 minutes walk, there is a popular pizza restaurant, bus stops and a large supermarket with long opening hours. There are indoor and outdoor gyms and a running track nearby, as well as the endless hiking areas in the Tinnerö oak woodlands. The rent includes high-speed internet (100Mbit), washing machine and dryer, central vacuum cleaner, garage, parking space, and local services such as waste collection etc. Utilities (heating, electricity, water) and furniture are not included. However, we can rent out the house partially or fully furnished according to your needs. Wed like to rent out our house for a longer period, preferably 1-3 years, starting from July 2018.
