Me and my wife are letting our apartment from 1st November till 31st January (3 months). Its a 3:a 80m2 apartment. It has a spacious living room, 2 bed rooms, kitchen, a toilet-room and a bathroom. Also, there is small garden you get access to from the largest bedroom. Only one bedroom (the largest) is available since Im using the other one as a storage room while were away. Everything is furnished, except for the bedroom. There is fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, but not washing machine. However, you will have access to the common laundry room only a few meters from the flat. You will also have access to 2 storage room, one in the building and another outside. Its located in Rydsvägen (in the regular part), very close the University, supermarket, bus stops, and 10-15 mins by bike to the city center. The rent will be 5500kr/month, everything included (electricity, broadband...). We look for a person/couple that is responsible, clean and respectful with the house. No smoking or pets are allowed in the flat. A deposit of one month will be required. Please, if interested contact me via e-mail. A brief description of yourself would be appreciated.
