Hi, Iam Lars and I got a new apartment from Riksbyggen, 3 room, ca. 70qm, glass balcon in January24. But I got a new job offer outside Linköping. So i was thinking to rent my apartment with my furniture to someone who need it more. I bought new furniture, dinner table will come soon. You can use them. If you dont need a child bed, i could take it with me. Internet is included. This apartment is perfect for singles, a couple, small family with 1 child or 1-2 students. I prefer to find someone who stays minimum 1 year or more. My apartment is in Konstruktörsgatan, a bit outside, so its good to have a car. Parking space I can offer. Its part of the packet. But without car you can easily reach the center by bus or bicycle. Here you find a lot of nature, a horse center, forest, etc. Perfect for outdoor sport. Nordic Wellness is also close. I like to sign the contract via Blocket. According deposit it depends what is better, we can sign with Qasa or I get a one month deposit.
