The room temperature is regulated with a smart digital thermostat. The rent includes everything you need for fair use (electricity, water, internet, laundry). The room is available as furnitured or unfurnitured up to you. Furniture includes a single bed, a desk table, a chair, a shelf, and a wardrobe. The sofa chair, bedside table and carpet shown in the photo are not included. You have access to a private bathroom, shower, refrigerator, and shared kitchen. From the window, you have a beautiful view of the back garden. You should be quiet, clean, a non-smoker, have no pet, no payment remarks, and live an orderly life. The room is strictly for single use.
