Apartment available for rent in vallastaden

Hello I will be moving out of my apartment in Vallastaden on September 1. I have got permission from my landlord to find a new tenant for this apartment and you will have a first-hand contract with the landlord but I am helping my landlord to find someone as I am leaving my apartment sooner than three months. The apartment is very new, modern and is a loft. The apartment is 36.3 square meters and the bedroom upstairs is actually pretty spacious. It is located within walking distance of the university, City Gross, Apotek, Campushallen, etc. There are two bus stops located very close as well (Nobeltorget and Vallastadens Skola). The apartment is for rent for however long you would like. There is a washer/dryer included in the apartment and it will be furnished. The rent is 8000/kr month and WiFi and electricity is included in that cost. If you are interested, please let me know ASAP as it would be most ideal for someone to move in on Sept 1.
