Hi there My current roomate is moving to Stockholm, so I am looking for a kind, clean, and easy-going person to share my lovely place with. The apartment is located in Vallastaden, close to the university and with great bus connections and bike paths to the city. The room: - About 10m2 - Comes with a built-in closet and a double bed (I can sell the bed if have your own). The apartment: - About 75m2 big balcony. - Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the apartment - Shared kitchen, bathroom and living room - Located 5 min walk from Linköping University - 2 min walk from Nobeltorget busstop - 15 min with bus to city center - There are no animals but we may cat/dog-sit occasionally Your roommate (meeee): - I am a PhD (doktorand) in the department of Gender Studies at Linköping University. - From Denmark, so I speak kind of Swedish, but English is generally preferred - I am vegan That is not a requirement for you, but definitely a plus if you like plant based food - Im super chill and easy going so looking for someone similar Monthly rent is 6500 SEK (Can be negotiated if you only need the room as a commuter room) and includes everything - rent, heating, water, electricity, wifi.
