The apartment is newly built at Djurgården Centrum. With a mall downstairs with all types of shops e.g., City Gross, Jysk, Systembolaget, and Nordic Wellness. It is 20 mins walk to the University and there is a bus stop also just downstairs which takes you to the hospital in 5mins and City Centre in 17mins. Please note, this is a rental apartment which I will move out from to move to another city while on parental leave. My landlord is Stångåstaden and you will need to create an account on their website and once we have a contract they will need to consent to me renting out. They need this application a month before the move in date. This application needs to be renewed every six months. If you have no personnummer yet, let me know and I will give you the email address to contact them for an alternative.
