Hi Im a student leaving my apartment in the first week of June. I am looking for another student to move in since 7th of June(or Probably a little sooner)till end of August. The apartment is nice, clean and cozy. It has a great kitchen in its living room that has a good view to the outside from 4th floor. There is a bathroom inside. There is a separately spacious bedroom as well that is always warm enough in Which you can have a nice nap. Internet and heating is included but not electricity. It is just 5 minutes to the bus station. It takes about 10 minutes to the city center by Bus 18 and 19 that are frequently coming to the station. Waiting for hearing from you. Just tell me if you are interested. The first to contact the prior to get the apartment. Note: Since the apartment belongs to SGS I can just rent it out to a student.
