The room is situated in beautiful Lidingö, at a lake and at the border of a nature reservate, which provides you with the opportunity to enjoy nature while only being away 30 minutes from KTH and Stockholm university. You share the stuga (the red house) at the property of our landlord (the yellow house). You share the stuga with two male students from Germany, they are 25 and 26-years-old. They will live here until the end of the semester, so half of January. You can continue to live here then and rent the whole stuga yourself, but as that might probably be too expensive, you can search for roommates yourself. So a nice opportunity to live with friends The monthly rent is 4200 SEK and you have to pay two months of deposit, which you will of course get back at the end.
