Ligger nära Lidingö Centrum och Lidingö Gallerian med massor av butiker och caféer. Lägenheten är fin renoverad med en stor balkong i söderläge ut mot gård. Det finns stor tvättstuga, torkrum, målningsrum, gästlägenhet i huset. Badrummet är rymligt med golvvärme. Hyr ut den fullt möblerad inklusive kontinental säng, soffa, vitvaror inkl. diskmaskin och allt som behövs i köket.
