A nice newly renovated furnished apartment located in Torsvik, closest area to the city center in Lidingö, is available for long term with all bills included in the rent. It takes 15 min to the city center such as T-centralen or Östermalmtorg t-bana by frequent public transportation. Windows in both sides of the apartment and bright wooden floor makes it bright and fresh. The Balcony is in the sunny side, bathroom is spacious with floor-heating, the big living room can be separated or connected to the rest of the apartment with two-sided doors. There is also a spacious dining area connected to the open kitchen. Building, common area, garden, laundry, bicycle,hobby room,...are cozy and tidy. Parking in the streets is for free. There are plenty of shops and cafes within a few minutes walk including Lidingö Centrum and Lidingö Galleria, gym is 2 minutes away. If you like to live close to green areas and water also close to the city, here is one of the nicest area to live in. The moving in date is 20 November 2017, this can be flexible to some extend. The initial agreement can be for 12 months ( not shorter than 10 months) and is possible to be extended for longer time.
