When I work overseas I am looking for a nature lover, and an animal lover to look after and enjoy my apartment. Free street parking if you have a car. 10 min by car to Solna and 15 min to Kista. I have a special apartment of 56m2 with a 11m2 balcony, plus a 6m2 altan / terrass. Completely private. Bus outside. 15 minutes to Östermalm and 18 minuter to Centralen. A cycle in summer is perfect. Golf course below with a Lovely restaurant for Sundays. South facing is you need the sun, and loads of roses to enjoy. Renovated bathroom with bath and updated - not moder kitchen. Everything works and in perfect condition. I will ideally want someone who enjoyes birds, quirrels and flowers. Even an occasional cat that will come to the verandah to say hello. I prefer an animal lover. If you have an allergy then not ideal. You can sit in the garden, smell the roses, or be in the city in minutes. If you know how to take care of a home and can respect my goods as if they were yours. No parties or big barbecues as this will not work. There is a huge park with outdoor gym and grill not more than miutes away. Write a few lines about why you need a home, what keeps you busy day - but also your values. I need to have good, open Communication with my tennant so life is easy for all. My cat Amy will live with a neighbour several doors away - she has done this regularly (long & short), she is an outdoor free cat and dog friendly. If you have a sweet dog that would hunt Amy when she says hello outside - as she is outside often- then I am open to a pet in my home. I know we are all human and pets should be in every home
