The apartment is located 10 mins from the river as well as Långängens gård, where you can enjoy the run or a walk in the woods A 5 minutes walk to Lidingöbanan. The furnished room has a large window, a balcony and access to the garden where you can grill or enjoy the green. There is a sofa, bed, TV, table, chairs, armchair and drawers in the room, and a newly renovated laundry in the basement. This place is perfect for nature lovers or the ones who look for a totally peaceful place. Internet, water and heating are included in the rent except electricity. Subject to inspection on the day of moving out Departure cleaning fees apply in case the apartment is not returned clean. Deposit is required in conjunction with the contract.
