The flat is on the 1 floor of a large mansion house located in one of the most residential parts of Stockholm. Its on Lidingö, an island community linked to Stockholm with a bridge. The time to get to the centre of Stockholm is appr. 20 minutes. It is nicely situated in the middle of a small nature park area. The flat has two large balconys and an outdoor conservatory towards the garden. There is large bathroom and the guest toilet. There are three rooms and the large kitchen provides a good eating place. The kitchen is fitted with modern equipment. Hitting is included in the rent and is made through floor heating. There is fiber optic connection for internet. The flat is presently furnished but furniture can be removed. The rental period is planned for at least 2 years, however longer periods can be agreed. The house is owned by a Swedish bostadsrättsförening which has agreed to the letting. Smoking is not allowed except on the outdoor. Subletting or housing others than those noted in the rental agreement is not allowed without the permission of the landlord. Standard housekeeping rules apply. Parking for one car can be rented on the ground just below the flat.
